 【摘要】目的 检测特发性血小板减少性紫癜（ITP）与非特发性血小板减少性紫癜患者血浆及血小板膜上糖蛋白特异性自身抗体，评价其应用价值。方法 应用PAKAUTO试剂盒分别检测20例ITP和31例非ITP患者血小板特异性自身抗体。结果 ITP组血小板特异性自身抗体阳性率（55%）显著高于非ITP组（6.45%），差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 血小板自身抗体检测在ITP的诊断中有较大的应用价值。

Significance of Detection of Platelet Glycoprotein Specific Autoantibody in the Idiopathic Thrombocytopenic Purpura (ITP)

Abstract: Obicetive To evaluate the clinical significance of platelet glycoprotein specific autoantibody in the idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP) and non-ITP. Methods Platelet glycoprotein specific autoantibody in 20 patients with ITP and 31 non-ITP were tested by PAKAUTO . Results The positive rate of platelet glycoprotein specific autoantibody in ITP patients is 55%, while 6.45% in non-ITP . There is significant difference between ITP and non-ITP（P＜0.05）. Conclusion The platelet glycoprotein specific autoantibody detection has certain clinical significance in diagnosis of ITP.
